When concrete is poured on wooden shuttering, wet cement slurry tends to seep out through gaps, weakening the cured slab. Putting down 300 to 600 gauge dhalai plastic first seals every gap and locks the moisture inside the mix where it belongs. We blow LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE film from 1 foot up to 12 feet wide. Need 100 gauge for carton wrapping or 1200 gauge for basement foundations? We run both. Every roll gets weighed on calibrated electronic scales before leaving our Shahra-e-Liaquat shop or SITE warehouse.

Cooling & Edge Slitting

Core Winding & Scale Check
